Google Play closed testing
Get your 12 testers × 14 days for Google Play — without babysitting the tracking yourself.
Release Pilot coordinates a pool of real testers, counts 14 continuous days precisely for each one, and alerts you the moment someone drops so you can replace them in time.
The real dashboard you get — track every tester in real time.
Finding 12 people who will opt in for 14 straight days is hard — one drop-off resets the clock and costs you another two weeks.
Release Pilot handles the hard part: a ready pool of testers, daily check-in reminders, early detection of who is about to drop before it is too late — and you save up to 45% with multi-app bundles.
How it works
Four steps from purchase to qualifying for production access.
Choose a plan & add your app
Buy the right plan, then add your app's package name + opt-in link to the dashboard.
Receive your tester list
We assign real testers and give you the list of emails to add to your Closed Testing track, then you share the opt-in link.
Testers check in every day
Testers confirm opt-in and tap ✅ each day via Telegram. The dashboard counts 14 continuous days for each person.
Hit 12 × 14 days → apply for production
Once eligible, double-check Play Console and click 'Apply for production'. Someone dropped? We replace them in time.
Automatic 14-day counting
Each tester has their own counter. A drop (opt-out) resets it exactly as Google requires.
Early drop-off detection
A tester silent for several days triggers an 'at-risk' alert so you can replace them before the deadline.
Check-in via Telegram
Testers don't need to log into a website — they just tap ✅ each day in chat.
Reconcile with Play Console
Enter the real opt-in count from Play Console to compare against the estimate — transparency both ways.

Honest commitment, no empty promises

Frequently asked questions
What is the 12 testers × 14 days rule?+
For personal Google Play accounts created after Nov 13, 2023, applying for production access requires at least 12 testers opted into closed testing and kept continuously for 14 days. Dropping below 12 or having someone opt out risks resetting the clock.
Are the testers real people?+
Yes. We coordinate a pool of real people on real Android devices, each checking in every day via Telegram. No emulators or fake accounts.
Do you replace / re-run if a tester drops?+
Yes. When a tester drops, we replace them from the backup pool for free, and the dashboard shows a 'replacing' status. If the pool doesn't hold 12 × 14 days due to our fault, we re-run for free or refund pro-rata. See the Commitment page.
How long does it take to start?+
Testers usually start within 24 hours after you confirm payment and share the opt-in link. From there the dashboard begins counting 14 days for each person.
How is this different from finding testers on Reddit/Telegram?+
On your own you recruit, remind everyone daily, and never know who is about to drop — one opt-out costs you 14 days. Release Pilot has a ready tester pool, automatic check-in reminders, early drop-off alerts to replace people in time, and a dashboard that counts precisely for each tester.
Why are the numbers an 'estimate'?+
Google provides no API to tell whether a tester has opted in or reached 14 days — that data lives only in your Play Console. We compute from real tester check-ins so it's very close, but we still call it an estimate for transparency. We never label anything 'Google-verified'.
