1. Data we collect

  • Customers (app owners): login email (via Google / Firebase Auth), organization name, purchased plan, app details (package name, opt-in link).
  • Testers: display name, Google account email, Telegram chat ID, country, device model, and daily check-in history (green/yellow/red).
  • Payment: we store the order ID and status; card/transaction details are handled by the payment gateway (SePay/VietQR) and not stored by us.

2. How we use it

Operating the service: assigning testers, counting the 12 × 14-day streak, alerting on drop-offs, sending check-in reminders via Telegram, and showing the progress dashboard to customers. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Sharing with third parties

Shared only with infrastructure providers needed to operate: MongoDB Atlas (database), Firebase (login/auth), Telegram (check-in channel), SePay (payment), and a transactional email service. Each party receives only the minimum data needed for its function.

4. Retention

Check-in data is stored as an append-only ledger for reconciliation during and after the test cycle. You may request deletion of your personal data when you no longer use the service.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Send requests to info@releasepilot.site or via the Contact page.
