Terms of Service
Last updated: Jun 27, 2026
1. Scope of service
Release Pilot coordinates a group of real testers to join Google Play closed testing for your app, and provides a dashboard tracking 12 testers × 14 days of progress. We are not Google and do not represent Google.
2. No guarantee of Google approval
Google provides no API to verify a tester has opted in or reached 14 days; all dashboard figures are an estimate based on tester check-ins. Your Play Console is the only source of truth. The decision to grant production access rests entirely with Google. We do not guarantee your app will be approved.
3. Commitment & refunds
We replace testers for free when someone drops mid-cycle, and re-run for free (or refund pro-rata) if the pool fails to keep 12 testers opted in continuously for 14 days due to our fault. See details on the Commitment page. Refund requests do not apply to Google rejections for reasons beyond our control (app quality, policy violations, account issues…).
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for: configuring the closed testing track in Play Console, adding the tester email list we provide, sharing the opt-in link, and complying with Google Play policy. You warrant that your app does not violate the law or Google policy.
5. Payment
Domestic payment via VietQR (SePay). Each plan unlocks a corresponding number of apps (credits); credits are added after successful payment and consumed when you add an app.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant plan. We are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Contact
For any questions about these terms, contact info@releasepilot.site or via the Contact page.
These terms are a starter template, not legal advice. The service owner should review them with a lawyer and add legal-entity / tax details before going live.
