Release PilotService commitment
We commit to what we can control — the quality and stability of the tester pool — not empty promises about Google decision.
If a tester opts out or stops checking in mid-cycle, we replace them from the backup pool — at no extra charge. The dashboard shows a “replacing” status.
If our pool fails to keep 12 testers opted in continuously for 14 days for reasons on our side, we re-run the full cycle for free, or refund that plan pro-rata.
Every number on the dashboard is derived from real tester check-ins (an append-only ledger), and you can reconcile against Play Console at any time.
We do not promise “100% Google approval”. Google provides no API to verify tester opt-ins, and the decision to grant production access rests entirely with Google based on many factors (app quality, policy, account history…). Anyone promising guaranteed approval is overstating. We choose honesty — that is why you can trust the numbers we report.
